Medical Director
Our Medical Director manages all medical-related services in the living center.
Director of Nursing
The on-site Director of Nursing supervises our 24/7 nursing staff.
Care Planning Nurse
The Care Planning Nurse evaluates each resident’s condition and develops fully-customized treatment plans.
Certified Nursing Assistants
These specialists provide extra support to the nursing staff so residents receive the attention they need.
Activities Director
Our Activities Director creates fun, engaging programs that allow residents to socialize and improve their quality of life.
Registered Dietitian
We have a Registered Dietitian on staff who curates nutritious, well-balanced meals for the residents.

Long-Term Care You Can Afford
We know long-term care can get expensive. That’s why we accept a wide range of health plans to cover your loved one’s stay at Stonewall Living Center. We believe quality care should be affordable for all families, regardless of their insurance or income levels.
Stonewall Living Center accepts the following health plans:
- Medicare

- Private Pay
- Long-Term Care Insurance
At Stonewall Living Center, residents have their choice of private or semi-private rooms. We provide two living options in an effort to accommodate every resident’s finances. While semi-private rooms have shared amenities, our private ones have the added bonus of granting exclusive amenities to a single resident.
Here are the rates for both living accommodations:
Semi-private rooms:
$160 per day
Private rooms:
$185 per day
