Cardiac Rehabilitation

Cardiac rehab involves prescribing a supervised exercise program for patients with heart diseases and conditions. Exercise sessions last about one hour. The session will begin with a brief set of warm-up exercises. Then, a physician will guide you through exercises that may involve using a treadmill, a bicycle, a step machine or free weights. The session will end with a cool-down period.
