How to Set Up Your First Appointment

Ready to get started? A physical therapist is waiting to help you! First, let’s complete a few simple steps. Here’s what your first appointment will entail:

Get A Referral

Ask your primary care physician for a referral to our physical therapy clinic. We work with patients who’ve been referred by a physician.

Reach Out To Us

After receiving a referral, call our physical therapy clinic to describe your healthcare needs and request an appointment.

Submit Your Insurance

We’ll ask for your insurance information to determine the cost of your initial visit and potential treatment plans.

Meet With A Physical Therapist

During your first appointment, a physical therapist will evaluate your condition to see what you need help with.

Begin Treatment

Your physical therapist will recommend a fully-customized treatment plan for your condition. You can schedule additional appointments as necessary.

The physical therapy clinic can provide transportation to patients who need it. We offer this service as part of our commitment to increasing healthcare access in rural communities. Please note that patients must be able to get in and out of the vehicle without assistance.

You Have the Right to Choose

In light of COVID-19, we are now offering separate exam rooms for healthy and sick patients. We’re committed to providing care for acutely ill patients while preventing the spread of disease in our clinics.

Flexible Hours for Every Schedule

Our providers are available by appointment at multiple health clinics throughout Texas. Many patients are able to book same-day appointments, too! We also accept walk-ins based on availability and the urgency of the patient’s health concern.

Here are the clinic’s hours of operation:

6:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through Thursday
